Editorial standards

Our promise is simple: explain what we know, show where it came from, and be clear about what we have not tested.

Documentation is not a benchmark

Our guides are prepared from official documentation and original editorial guidance. They do not imply that we rented a server, ran a command, or measured a result. Provider testing is a separate process with receipts and raw data.

Bylines should mean something

The site identifies these articles as SpawnHosts guides. A personal “tested by” credit will only appear after that person has performed and recorded the work. We do not invent hours played, credentials, screenshots, or support conversations.

Dates describe work that happened

A source-check date records when the linked documentation was consulted. It is not a retest date. A meaningful change receives a changelog entry; simply changing the date does not make an article fresh.

How we make money

No affiliate links yet — provider links go straight to the host. Paid links will be labeled. Coverage isn’t limited to affiliates.

Corrections and review

Compare any disputed instruction with the linked official source for your installed game version. A public corrections contact has not been configured yet. Before launch, the project owner needs to add a monitored contact route and review the guides against actual server setups.
